Handbook for Citizen-Centred Digital Services

The handbook is part of the project "Supporting Kenya’s digital transition towards a sustainable and human centered digitalisation". The handbook gives practical insights and strategies to help create and implement more responsive, efficient, and accessible services.

This Handbook for citizen-centred digital services is part of the Team Europe Initiative (TEI) on Human Centered Digitalization, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) and The Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) through the Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Kenya, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Estonian Government Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union.
