Phase I of the construction of the Zviahel Rehabilitation Center
Project objectives
The goal is to identify, in collaboration with Brave to Rebuild experts, the minimum functional requirements for a rehabilitation center and the building volume that will ensure the center's operational capacity. The goal is also to develop a modular rehabilitation center solution suitable for Ukraine that can be quickly implemented in other regions.
Actions and results
Main activities:
- Conceptual development of the rehabilitation center service model and work processes (including patient journeys, service structure and integration)
- Mapping of staff roles and competence needs according to the planned service model
- Conducting a training needs analysis (including assessment of existing skills and development needs)
- Developing the concept of the training program
- Organizing a preparatory study visit to Estonian rehabilitation centers for specialists from Zviahel Hospital (including program preparation, partner involvement and post-visit summary)
- Preparing knowledge transfer in cooperation between Estonian and Ukrainian partners
