Digital Accelerator pilot project for Ukraine's recovery to strengthen energy security

Result 1. In cooperation with the Ukrainian authorities (NEURC, ministries), the necessary materials and procurement conditions for the implementation of the first pilot project of the "AI-Driven Digital Accelerator of Reconstruction of Ukraine" project were prepared, together with the technical description and other preparations. 

Result 2. NEURC was provided with a customised version of the SaaS platform with an unlimited number of accounts, supported by an artificial intelligence co-pilot for damage analysis of energy infrastructure elements. A minimum number of additional features have been agreed with NEURC to ensure coordination, monitoring and auditing of the implementation of investment programmes. This includes the creation of functionality to work with international investments. Present the outcome to donors for further implementation. 

Result 3. An application has been created that allows NEURC to recommend to energy infrastructure operators (generation, including green/micro generation, transmission, distribution) to use the platform for inspection, maintenance and asset management and coordination of investment programmes. A team of trained professionals ready to use and implement new scenarios for monitoring and quality control of critical infrastructure. A harmonised and tested set of rules for energy infrastructure analysis using an AI co-pilot has been completed.
