Procurement of Consulting Services for the Development of GovStack Digital Service Design Guide

The broader purpose of the Tender is to support the GovSpecs 2.0 Strategy (2025–2027) by developing the several UX-related contributions (see Appendix 1) to the GovStack Digital Service Design Guide (GovStack Implementation Playbook). The guide will bridge GovStack’s high-level architecture with its technical specifications, offering practical tools for designing public digital services.
The subject of the procurement is described in Annex 1: Terms of Reference - Consulting Services for the Development of GovStack Digital Service Design Guide. The Consulting Service is provided, and all documents are submitted in English.

The proposals are to be submitted in writing to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than Fri, 3 Oct, at 5:00 p.m. EEST. A Proposal must include a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal.
