Consultancy to Design a Detailed Governance and Financial Model for GovStack Foundation MTÜ, based on the NIIS model

The objective of the procurement is to design and recommend a detailed governance and financial model for GovStack Foundation MTÜ, based on the NIIS model but tailored to GovStack’s global scope, product portfolio, founders’ requirements and multi-stakeholder founding base.
This consultancy is a follow-up to the 2024 engagement titled “Consultancy Support for Setting up GovStack Legal Entity in Estonia”, which established the strategic, legal, and financial rationale for creating the MTÜ.
This assignment will translate the recommended structure into a robust and practical governance and financial model, aligned with best practices from the Nordic Institute for Interoperability Solutions (NIIS).

The proposals are to be submitted in writing to the e-mail address [email protected]  no later than Mon, 27 Oct, at 9:00 a.m. Estonian time. A Proposal must include a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal.
