Supporting Ukraine's EU integration

Targeted training is offered to Ukrainian officials to develop their skills in managing and coordinating the adoption of the European Union acquis and reforms related to the accession process in their areas of responsibility. The training will be conducted by Estonian experts and officials who have practical experience in preparing for Estonia's accession to the European Union and in working on European Union issues. The project will share practical experience in managing reforms, the functioning of EU institutions, and the accession negotiation process. 

As a result of the project, the capacity of Ukrainian officials, as an EU candidate country, to plan, coordinate, and implement reforms related to EU integration, as well as to measure and report on progress, will improve. The training will help participants better understand the institutions of the European Union, the logic of accession negotiations, and EU legislation and policies relevant to their field of work, thereby supporting the gradual approximation of Ukraine's public administration to European Union standards.
