The project “Securely with AI” is aimed at Moldovan citizens aged 16 and over, older people and SMEs. Although the use of digital technologies is widespread in Moldova, sufficient skills in cyber hygiene and critical information consumption have not kept pace. This need is exacerbated by both the increase in IT use and documented disinformation campaigns that emphasize the importance of digital skills and media literacy.

Project objectives

The initiative aims to equip at least 500 direct participants with essential cyber hygiene and skills for the safe, ethical use of AI tools to combat phishing and disinformation.

Actions and results

Activities include curriculum development, "Train-the-Trainer" sessions, and a nation-wide awareness campaign. By bridging the digital divide and fostering a secure digital environment, the project directly supports Moldova’s digital transformation strategy and ensures long-term societal resilience against hybrid threats.
