CYBERBRIDGE Kenya – Employer-Led Cybersecurity Skills Development Empowering Women and Organisations
Project objectives
The project strengthens women’s participation in Kenya’s cybersecurity sector by creating an employer-driven, sustainable skills development pathway that empowers both learners and organisations.
Actions and results
Implemented by BCS Digital Skills Academy and Baltic Computer Systems in partnership with Ariel Technology, the project develops an employer-validated Junior Cybersecurity role profile, a foundational training curriculum, and a flexible blended learning model. Twenty-five female learners complete pilot training and progress to structured internships with companies.
