On 30 May 2022, the Estonian Center for International Development Cooperation announced the application round for the scholarship program, the purpose of which is to make the education offered in Estonia available to students from development cooperation partner countries, enabling them to study in degree programs and further training in their fields, which should meet the development goals of their home country.
The scholarship grant is divided between five programs offered by four Estonian educational institutions: the Estonian School of Diplomacy, the University of Tartu, the University of Tallinn and the Estonian Business School. The scholarships finance the participation of citizens of Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, as well as Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, and Uganda, in both master’s and continuing education and micro-degree programs. Scholarship programs start already this year and last up to two calendar years.
