The application period has ended.

11 applicants from Central and Eastern European countries (excluding those from the private sector) were expected to participate in the application cycle organised by the American Embassy in Kyiv. It is a form of cooperation in which Estonia and the USA co-finance selected projects on an equal basis. Due to the updated regulation on development cooperation and humanitarian aid coming into force on 01.01.2021 and the desire to make co-financing easier for applicants, the process of co-financing is changing. The Estonian Center for International Development Cooperation (ESTDEV) has taken over the application process and the organisation of co-financing (as well as other project-related matters) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
