During the fireside chat at Kenya IGF 2022, we will present the main results of the Kenya Readiness Study and discuss on the next steps in the digitalisation of the governmental services with high level panelists. Main discussion will be around coordination of governmental services, interoperability of different services and registers and raising awareness and trust in e-services.
The aim of the Kenya Digital Readiness Study was to gain an overview of the maturity of Kenya’s e-government services and to design with partners (GIZ, ITU, DIAL) next steps to help the Kenyan government to develop human-centered e-government services. Similar studies are planned for Somalia and Djibouti.
