Jan Jambon, Prime Minister of the Government of Flanders, visits the ESTDEV. The joint project of ESTDEV and Flanders to empower Ukrainian local governments in Mariupol and Mykolaiv came to an unexpected end due to Russia’s military aggression and was replaced by the provision of humanitarian aid. The meeting will look for new effective ways to help Ukrainian municipalities during the ongoing war.
