Supporting the professional development in educational technology for in-service teachers
Project objectives
This project aims to offer professional development opportunities provided by the Microdegree Program The Use of Technology in contemporary learning at the University of Tartu for the educational practitioners (namely, in-service teachers and teacher trainers) in the target countries.
Actions and results
By completing the Microdegree program the participants will acquire key skills and knowledge in educational technology. Specifically, we expect the participants to acquire skills and knowledge to transform their teaching practice in the light of new digital technologies and contemporary learning paradigm, be reflexive users of digital technology, be promoters of positive digital transformations in their organization and support others in the process of integrate digital technology in teaching and learning. The Microdegree starts with on-site session and continues online throughout one semester. The participants will develop a personal project that connects all the subjects and helps to put new knowledge into practice considering each personal role in educational system.
