The project includes conducting pre-analyses/feasibility analyzes of projects defined as priorities by the beneficiary with the aim of creating a competent basis for further decisions on the continuation of projects and increasing the capacity of eGA employees to create human-centered e-services."

Project objectives

"The goal of the project is to support the government of Moldova in the process of human-centered digitization of services provided by the state and local government, sharing Estonian experiences and helping to find rational solutions for e-government. The main beneficiary of the project is the e-Government Agency of Moldova (eGA), which is responsible for the digitization of e-services in the country.
