ESD is offering 3 scholarships to Ukrainian diplomats and civil servants who wish to participate in the international study group of ESD’s post-graduate training program "International Relations and Diplomacy."

Project objectives

The aim of the scholarships is to strengthen the administrative and foreign service capacities of Ukraine, with a focus on diplomacy, ICT, cyber-security, and the European Union (EU), particularly for Ukrainian officials working in the EU-integration process. Scholarship recipients are required to return to their home countries after graduation and continue working in their respective foreign or civil service, with competence and motivation.

Actions and results

As a result, students will develop practical skills, networks, and contacts. ESD's extensive experience has shown that scholarship recipients will become valuable contacts for developing connections between Estonia and Ukraine.
