The goal of this project is to increase opportunities for students from Georgia, Ukraine, and Afghanistan to acquire international ICT higher education, and to enable one Afghan student to acquire the highest scientific degree by completing their studies in the programme, "Open Society Technologies", at the Institute of Digital Technologies of Tallinn University.

Project objectives

This project aims to offer five scholarships for different MA study programmes (open society technologies, human-computer interaction, and digital learning games) and offer one PhD scholarship in the field of open society technologies.

Actions and results

The project plan is to increase opportunities for Afghan students to acquire international ICT higher education by offering a scholarship for master's studies.
