The target countries are diverse in nature, but they also have one common denominator to many challenges at the macro level (the implementation of change management) and another at the micro level (the development of new business models). Management skills and quality are extremely important in these areas, and this programme targets these needs in developing countries. The content prepared during this programme is scalable, and can be used in the future for both larger and smaller trainings within the target countries. Engaging diverse learners directly contributes to the creation of this content and the adaptation of it to the needs of each unique country. In addition to the students themselves, companies within each target country and the country as a whole benefit, since the programme helps to improve management quality and implement new business models.

The course will start with independent work, in which each learner will prepare an analysis of their external environment as well as a self-assesment on the basis of Belbin test. From there, the programme will be split into two components: (1) seminars about change management involving all learners and (2) specialized workshops in which learners engage in team projects with help of a mentor. The study session in Tallinn will be followed by a virtual seminar in which learners will give overview of change management implementation in their home countries.
